About the Role:

Mercedes-Benz Miranda is currently recruiting for a driven and experienced Service Advisor to join our prestigious Service Department.

This position is Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm.

Skills and experience

• A passion for exceptional customer service
• Previous experience as an automotive service advisor; ideally within a prestigious Automotive Brand
• Experience with ERA Net/ Power - highly regarded but not essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A reliable, punctual and hardworking disposition
• Sound organisational skills and time management

• Providing outstanding customer service by being the point of contact between the customer and the workshop
• Coordinating the customer car pick up, cleaning and delivery time
• Liaising with the customer on estimated completion times, updates and follow up required
• Confidently and accurately communicating to the customer around their vehicle
• Preparing invoices and closing allocated repair orders in a timely manner consistent
